Let’s document everything. Loudly. Legally. Together.

If your loan is transferred without your consent, if you’re moved to a new servicer, or if you suspect your federal protections are being removed or undermined—we want you to report it.

Not just to us—but to the agencies, ombudsmen, and watchdogs who are supposed to be protecting you.

What You Can Report:

  • Your loan was transferred to a private lender or servicer
  • You received unclear or suspicious communication about your loan
  • You’ve been blocked from IDR, forgiveness, or PSLF
  • You were told something by a servicer that contradicts your federal loan rights
  • You’ve experienced harassment, misinformation, or abusive collection tactics
  • You were told the Department of Education no longer exists or no longer services your loan
